Coaching program available, I will provide structure for your programs, give advice and feedback on your own programs, and guide you into making good decisions to enable culture change.
Personal coaching for professional development also available via myself or a trusted partner, dependant on each individual request

I can provide a service to fully assess your culture, myself and members of my trusted partners can perform cultural assessments within your organisation. We will assess as many locations as required to build a fully picture of your culture. We have developed a cultural matrix which allows us to take the subjective nature of culture and transform it into objective data…this enables us to assign actions and responsibilities to adjusted and build the appropriate behaviours to ultimately change culture and build strength into any model.
This service can be linked with the model build or as a stand alone process.
